Monte Cristo Sandwich
We were intrigued on this visit during brunch. The two of us ordered three entrees. The coffee was pressed before serving and was flavorful and fresh. The mimosa was good as well, with quality OJ and sparkly that didn't leave me with a headache. Eggs Benedict is a brunch staple for me that I can't pass up, and this one did not disappoint. For this egg snob, I was excited to see that Sabio uses Glum eggs! The hollandaise was light and lemony - so yummy. The swiss chard layer on top of the ham gave a satisfying and creative texture. We also ordered the chorizo hash and Monte Cristo, both of which did not disappoint. A twist on the Cristo was the hint of cinnamon in the bread, and the apple butter was a nice addition. We look forward to our next brunch!
Pasturebird Chicken Chilequiles Verdes
I've never really enjoyed this dish at any other restaurant, but Sabio has now made it a favorite. Same for the beignets--never had tastier ones than at Sabio! First class ingredients yield first class results. Will be back to try other items!
Harvest Salad of Happy Acre Lettuces
I never thought I would have such a festival-party in my mouth oh my goodness! This salad is easily my most favorite as of yet! I was savoring each & every bite. A whole Pixar's Ratatouille Remy "the little chef"moment. Every date & occasion was made so memorable. I can't wait to experience more in the future. I have yet to experience the Brunch menu. Keep it up, Chef Francis!
Gnocchetti
This was a first time visit for my boyfriend and I. I ordered the cinnamon girl pumpkin tortellini. What arrived was more like small raviolis rather than tortellini. But this didn't bother me much, as the reason I ordered was for the flavor profile described in the menu rather than the type of pasta. It did not disappoint. The browned butter sage sauce with the drizzle of balsamic meshed together to create a delightful sauce and aroma. The peptitas, and pomegranate led to a satisfying mouth feel of both pop and crunch. The amalgam of flavors was incredibly satisfying. I only wish there was more. I was very tempted to lick the plate clean!
Chocolate Profiteroles
The decadence of the chocolate paired with the graham and the flamed bruleed whipped cream made a perfect finish to a flawless evening of incredible food and amazing wines.

Eggs Benedict
I have visited Sabios a handful of times all for different occasions. Brunch with my Mother, lunch with sisters, and have even enjoyed a multi course dinner with friends. Each visit provides a complete experience from start to finish! A friendly welcome, a chic ambience, and of course the amazing food! Each bite is decadent and satisfying no matter the food preference. I would highly recommend Sabios for an upscale dining experience any time of day!
Pumpkin Gnocchi Gratin
This was my favorite of the 5 courses from the Holly Berry menu. The cheesy sauce was delicious on the gnocchi with pumpkin seeds and chunks of apple providing a contrast. The gnocchi was paired perfectly with a Spanish Cava, just wonderful!
Mangalitsa Chorizo Hash
We recently had a delightful and delicious brunch at Sabio on Main. My husband had the Magalitsa Chorizo Hash which was a nice surprise dish and absolutely delicious with a nice kick. I had the Eggs Benedict which had French Jambon rather than Canadian Bacon and it made a big difference. The hollandaise was perfect and eggs poached perfectly too! We love Patatas Bravas and Sabio's are delicious. Following up with, of course, Beignets with Valrhona Chocolate was an amazing finish to a wonderful meal. Service outstanding - lovely atmosphere.
Pasturebird Chicken Breast "Pozole Verde"
The breast was perfectly roasted and complemented exquisitely by the pizole, and the avacado splashed with the lime.
